Blackout 9 Yr Toasted Bourbon

Our 9-Year Toasted Bourbon is a 4-barrel small batch blend of 9 year 75% corn 21% rye 4% malted barley bourbon and 10 year 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley bourbon. Finished for 1 year in medium-toasted, 24-month seasoned barrels. The result is a rich, layered whiskey with notes of caramel, spice, toasted oak, and a long, warming finish.
